That's right...today we did it! Ginger (my partner) and I did the whole 8 miles...okay so it was very flat and we did Jeff Galloway (run 5 min/walk 1 min)...but we did it and averaged less than 11:30 minute miles. I thought we might freeze for awhile, but we didn't and lived to tell about!
by the way I wanted to post a picture of some hot, skinny girl running so ALL of my readers would think it was me, but I don't know how to do it...someday soon I need some blogging in-service!
