We are sick! Lauren has croup. She started coughing yesterday morning..but felt okay until about 3:00 when we were picking up Leah. She started running fever and just feeling yucky. Lucky for us she is not a hard one to talk into sitting on the couch and resting :0)
The doctor started her on a steroid and said to play quietly for a day or two. So...no softball for #12 tomorrow night! Chad said he was contacting a player off one of the minor league farm teams to step in! HA! I'm already wanting her to feel better...the steroid is to be taken every six hours and it was recommended I set my alarm to get up and give it to her through the night...oh my...it's official 18 more years until I sleep through the night!
